In addition to commanding the USS FREEDOM on its maiden deployment to Southeast Asia, I served as the Commanding Officer of Afloat Training Group Middle Pacific and am currently the Commodore for the Maritime Expeditionary Security Group responsible for over 2500 geographically displaced Sailors and Civilians that are executing security operations in 12 locations worldwide with over $150 mil in Combat Support Equipment and with an annual budget of over $45 mil.
