About Me Mr. Yearta is a US Navy veteran with 5 years of supervisory experience and 15 years of procurement experience. He handles multiple projects simultaneously within deadline-oriented environments, and he’s adept at organizing teams of people to focus on goals and complete tasks on time. Mr. Yearta is currently assisting the TEAMS-Next MDS Engineering (TN-MDSE) career development team with the implementation of Engineering training programs, promoting professional development and continual improvement to ensure the goals of MDA are met. As the manager for the Engineering Management Branch at Parsons, he is responsible for supervising a diverse team of individuals across multiple MDA stakeholders, creating and managing job requisitions, reviewing and approving job offers, managing employee promotions, requesting employee salary increases, and establishing employee development plans. As a Buyer for Yulista Aviation from 2013-2017, Mr. Yearta assisted projects in acquisitions and ensured timely delivery of required materials for multiple projects under the PIF II contract, issued purchase orders, negotiated terms, established and maintained relationships with vendors, and ensured FAR compliance.
